Director, Service Delivery
Blair McTrach currently serves as the Director of Service Delivery for SEB Administrative Services Inc. He is responsible for coordinating and directing the service delivery team and overseeing the delivery of services to SEB Admin’s clients. His motivation is ensuring clients receive the highest standards of service. Mr. McTrach ensures delivery processes are efficient and cost effective, with the goal of reducing costs and streamlining processes, without adversely affecting the client experience.
Mr. McTrach previously held various positions within multiple TPA’s and Insurance companies. He is a strategic thinker, who is constantly assessing customer feedback to make necessary improvements. He is highly innovative and is continually looking for ways to improve the overall customer experience. Mr. McTrach's strong technical background, and keen eye for identifying business opportunities, enable him to develop business cases and translate such plans into solutions, thus improving the client’s service.
Mr. McTrach was born in Milton, Ontario, Canada. He holds a diploma in Business Administration - Finance from Sheridan College.
